Master Roaster
Meet Patrick, the guy in charge of all the beans. Although both Patrick and Sarah are certified roasters with the Specialty Coffee Association. Patrick is the head roaster at RamsHead as well as our sister company Beacon Coffee Roasters.
Patrick knows that exceptional coffee start with the farmer and so our roasting process starts with only sourcing fairtrade, specialty grade coffee.
RamsHead specializes in unique high end microlots in an attempt to bring you a one of a kind coffee experience. We source coffee from across the world, but give special attention to Ethiopian Coffees, Geishas, and other rare varietal of coffees.
RamsHead has been recognized as one of the premier coffee roasters in the country, receiving over 35+ awards of 92+ point coffees through the National “COFFEE REVIEW” board.
Patrick and Sarah have been married for more than 20 years and have enjoyed getting to share their small business with their two children, Landon and Natalie. Although RamsHead is growing, we are family run business in all capacities. On any given day you can find all four of us working around at the roastery, by roasting, helping package or drinking coffee for quality control.
RamsHead is currently roasting in the Shields Valley, just north of Livingston Montana.
