Crafted exclusively for Vienne in Bozeman, MT.  This espresso blend brings together the elegance of Guatemala and the quiet depth of Peru. The Guatemalan component provides a structured sweetness and gentle brightness, with notes of caramelized sugar, red apple, and cocoa. Peruvian coffee rounds the cup with a smooth body and comforting flavors of toasted almond, milk chocolate, and a soft honey finish.

Pulled as espresso, the result is balanced and refined—never sharp, never heavy—with a velvety crema and a lingering sweetness that pairs beautifully with butter-forward pastries and artisan breads. In milk, it becomes plush and harmonious, offering flavors reminiscent of chocolate croissant, hazelnut, and warm vanilla.
