Blind Assessment: Richly nut-toned, sweetly savory. Almond brittle, magnolia, date, fresh-cut oak, lemon-thyme in aroma and cup. Sweet-savory structure with gentle but lively acidity; creamy-smooth mouthfeel. The deeply sweet, nutty finish suggests almond brittle with magnolia and oak undertones.

Notes: A blend comprised of two coffees of the Pacamara variety, one from the Menendez Family Farm in El Salvador and the other from Finca Isnul in Guatemala, both processed by the washed method. A flavorful blend of farm direct coffees from El Salvador and Guatemala this coffee stands wonderfully without any additives, but also pairs well with cream and sugar. Wonderful tasting notes of Peanut Butter and Toffee this coffee is approachable for all coffee drinkers regardless of preference. With a smooth mouthfeel and full bodied cup this is a daily drinking coffee that will bring our communities together.

About this coffee:

A beautiful 50/50 blend of two very unique Pacamara varietals. The first coffee is our signature Pacamara from the Menendez Family Farm in El Salvador (92 points). The second is from Finca Isnul in Guatemala sourced through 502 Imports. Both are washed coffees combing to create a unique and distinctive flavoring profile by blending the two together.
